From Paper to Practice is a workshop for service providers on documenting each real life as it is lived by the individuals that they support. Attendees will explore diverse and innovative ways to document HCBS-aligned practices, how documentation can inspire meaningful services for people they support, and a hands-on collaborative approach to looking at their HCBS services and documentation.
