HCBS: The Basics is an in-person, interactive training for service providers. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the historical context of the HCBS Final Rule and engage with creative ways to both implement HCBS concepts and empower personal rights. Practical tools and resources will be made available for attendees to incorporate into the services they provide.
