Communication: The Foundation is a workshop for service providers on supportive communication with individuals who receive services in HCBS settings. Attendees will learn about creative strategies for effective communication, regardless of style, preference, or ability. They will understand how to use and promote communication that is free from assumptions, and discuss tips that successfully advocate for and capture communication related to HCBS rights.
